Weight Loss Group Event

We are excited to offer this incredible opportunity! 

This is similar to a home visit but with a group of people who are ready to take the next step toward a healthier body! 

The 'event' is held at someone's home.  This host will organize and invite whomever is interested including friends, family, neighbors or co-workers. 

This group visit will provide a unique opportunity to discuss this process with the doctor and benefit from each others questions and struggles with weight loss.

[You may attend the group event free, even if you are not prepared to start medications for weight loss.] 

After the group meeting, the physician and nurse will meet with each individual to review medical history, perform an examination and answer any personal questions and together we will decide which FDA-approved prescription medication regimen will be best for you. 

"Diet shots" are also available (see home visits)

Home Visits

Home Visits are unique to our practice.

  Here is how it works. Contact our office and simply request a "home visit." The Doctor will approve these on an individual basis.  You will then set up an agreeable time to meet at your home. Both a board-certified physician (M.D. or D.O.) and a Registered Nurse (R.N.) will meet you at your home. 

The doctor will review your medical history, perform an examination, answer your questions, give information about the process and medications used.  Together we will decide which FDA-approved prescription medication regimen will be best for you. 

"Diet shots" will also be an available option. These are vitamin and amino acid supplements given in injectable form. They help in many ways to enhance your weight loss. There are several options. you can discuss which is best for your at the time of your visit. [see the 'medication section' for more details on the shots]
